The Sydney Morning Herald is reporting that: Doctor Who quits after one series. Apparently he didn’t want to be typecast after one season (of 13 episodes) and that the work was too grueling. The good news is they have commissioned a second season.

At this rate they will run out of regenerations quickly.

Now why is it the same things I link to appear on slashdot a few hours later? Then people who visit here think I just copy and paste from there. Hey, I copy and paste from emails thank you very much!

My easter consisted of a lot of couch sitting, a few movies (The Final Cut, Timeline and Alien Vs Predator) and a small mini project. Details of which are coming soon.

Finally fired up the juicer this evening. My brothers girlfriend gave my girlfriend and I a juice extractor for Christmas. She got it on her way into Australia so it has a overseas power plug. So until today it has gon unused.

It came with one of those great “Engrish” manuals. e.g. “This blend is equipped with the protection device” or “To make juice, always check if the fruit juicer or residue in the fruit juicer slot is full too much.” – Of course my English skills aren’t that much better.
